OSWEGO, NY – Marie E. Wall, 75, a longtime resident of Oswego passed away on Wednesday Oct. 6, 2010, at
St. Luke Health Services.
Born in Oswego, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Martha (Lentine) Gambino and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
Marie was employed with the P & C, Brenamen’s and later retired from SUNY Oswego Auxiliary Services.
She enjoyed taking and showing pictures, gardening, cooking and loved to travel.
Surviving are three sons, Robert (Pamela) Wall of Navarre, Fla. David Wall of Oswego and John (JoAnn) Wall of Oswego; three sisters, Rose Friscia, of Revere Ma., Anita Miuccio of Virginia and Judy Testa of Cortland; a brother, Peter Gambino of New York City; and four grandchildren.
A memorial mass will be held on Monday at 11:30 a.m. from St. Mary’s Church.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at the Dowdle Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
