OSWEGO, NY – Mary H. Hibbert, 80, a resident of Oswego passed away on August 18, 2023, at St.Luke Health Services. She was born in Oswego on April 11, 1943, and was a graduate of the Oswego High School.
Mary was employed with the Nestle Corporation for thirty years.
She loved to watch NASCAR and the NY Yankees and the New England Patriots were her favorite sports teams.
Surviving are three daughters, MaryJean (Edward) Rice of Oswego, Edie (James) Miner of Oswego, Jacqueline Rodriquez of Fulton, two sons, Timothy (Tracey) Hibbert of Hamburg, Steven Hibbert of Fulton, a daughter-in-law, Gretchen Hibbert, thirteen grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, William Hibbert Sr. in 1987 and her son, William Hibbert Jr. in 2018.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. from the Dowdle Funeral Home. Burial will be in Peck’s Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
