OSWEGO, NY – Norma M. Kandt Restuccio, 93, a resident of Oswego, passed away on Monday March 11, 2013, at the Upstate Medical University, Syracuse.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Essie (Smith) Kandt and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
Norma was employed as a seamstress for more than 25 years and was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church.
Surviving are nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Restuccio, in 1978.
There are no funeral services or calling hours.
