OSWEGO, NY – Sandra L. (Shannon) Kelley, 56, a former resident of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away on Sunday October 4, 2015, at St.Luke Health Services.
Born in Oswego, she was a daughter of the late George and Katherine Dillabough and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
Surviving are her daughters, Shannon (Eric) Wirth of North Liberty, Iowa, and Roxanne (Grant) Marshall of Lawrenceville, Georgia; a grandson, Robbie Wirth of North Liberty, Iowa; three sisters, Donna Pospesel, Patti Thompson and Lynn Voutsinas; four brothers, Bob, Rick, David and Scott Shannon.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
There are no calling hours.
Contributions in Sandra’s name may be made to the Human Concern’s Center, 85 E. Fourth St., Oswego NY 13126.
