FULTON, NY – Amber L. Neivel, 39, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday April 9, 2017.
Born in Oswego to William Neivel and the late Cynthia Colling Neivel, she was a lifetime resident of Fulton.
Amber graduated from Mexico High School and was a woman of faith, attending Crossroads Tabernacle, in Fulton.
In addition to her mother, who passed away in 2016, she was predeceased by her grandfather, Burton Colling; and uncles, David Colling and Gary Ryan.
Amber will be greatly missed by her father, William; sister, Leaha (Corey) Smith; children, Lexy and Dylan Short; niece and nephew, Lily and Cylus Smith; as well as many aunts, uncle and cousins.
A calling hour will be Thursday, April 20, from 1 to 2 p.m. with a memorial service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
