Carol S. Moore

FULTON – Carol S. Moore, 74, of Fulton passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, after a brief illness.

Thomas was Carol’s husband and soulmate. They enjoyed a long, loving marriage of over 55 years.

To her family she was known as “Queen of the wiffle bat and wooden spoon.” She loved to shop and had more stamina than all of us! Hershey kisses were part of her DNA and she always had room for dessert, especially ice cream.

Carol was predeceased by her parents Leo and Leona Sidman, her brother Leo Sidman and her in-laws John and Margaret Moore.

Carol is survived by her loving husband, Thomas; children, Thomas (Erin), Christopher (Nikki) and Stephen (Felicia); grandchildren, Tyler, Rylee, Christian, Kyle, Payten and Gretchen; brother, George and sister, Linda, as well as her brothers and sister’s in-law and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be from 4-6 pm on Friday, March 6^th at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with a service to immediately follow at 6 pm. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in the spring.
