FULTON, NY – Cecil R. Mattonen, 97, of Fulton, passed away on Monday August 5, 2013.
She was born May 6, 1916 at home in the town of Palermo to the late Eugene and Rose Burton and was a life resident of the Palermo – Fulton area.
Cecil retired in 1971 from Nestle Company after 37 years as a line operator.
She was a former member of the Palermo United Methodist Church and the Granite Grange in Palermo.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Glenda Mattonen in 2011 and by three brothers, Glenn, Elmer and Alvah Burton.
Surviving are nieces and a nephew and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. August 10 at Vermillion Cemetery, Johnson Road, New Haven.
