FULTON, NY – Charles “Brownie” Morrison Sr., 60, of Fulton passed away on Thursday March 9, 2017.
Born to the late George and Ida Garn Morrison in Syracuse, NY, he had resided in the Fulton area most of his life.
Charles was a passionate man who enjoyed baseball, automotive racing, especially NASCAR, and motorcycles.
Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids, playing and building trains and playing cards.
He was predeceased by his brother, Carl Morrison Sr.
Charles is survived by his wife, Stephanie Morrison; children, Charles (Chrissy) Morrison Jr., Georgianna (Ricky) Procopio, Christopher Morrison and Matthew Chapman; brothers, George Jr. and Jack Morrison; grandchildren, Jasmine, Conner, Hope, Abigail, Noah and Alicia; and former spouse, Melody Birmingham.
His six grandchildren were the light of his eyes and he loved them very much; they all will miss him dearly.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 16, from 1 to 3 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Spring burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, South Seventh Street, Fulton.
