OSWEGO – E. Helen Parker, 90, of Oswego, formerly of Fulton passed away on February 5, 2023 at St. Luke’s Health Services, Oswego.
Born in Fulton to the late Harvey and Mary Goodman, she was a life resident of the area.
She enjoyed reading and volunteering. Helen was a member of the Eastern Stars, Mt. Pleasant Grange #349, Volney Volunteer Fire Department and Daughters of the Nile.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Nelson Bailey and second husband, Lewis Parker; daughter, Jil Curtis; son, Jon Bailey and son-in-law, David DeStevens.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Jan DeStevens and Joan (Randy) Sizelove; grandchildren, David (Mary LaBeef) DeStevens, Jr., James (Allyson) DeStevens, Robert (Sherrie) DeStevens, Randi Sizelove and Jason Sizelove; six great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren along with three step-daughters and their families.
Calling hours are Friday, February 10, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at 6:00 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, NY 13069.
