FULTON – October 8, 2026, Eleanor A. Phillips, 95, of Fulton passed away at home on October 8, 2026. A longtime resident of Fulton, she retired as a Senior Clerk from Oswego County D.S.S. In her free time, she enjoyed golfing, bowling and traveling with her late husband.
Eleanor was predeceased by her husband, Howard Sr. in 1988 and her longtime companion, Gordon Nodine, Sr.
Surviving are her children, Brenda (Tom) DuBois and Howard (Jeri) Phillips, Jr.; grandchildren, Tom (Kim) DuBois, Scott (Kristin) DuBois, Alissa (Tom) Baxter, Shane (Khristie) Phillips, Jeremy (Kat) Phillips, and Kelly Phillips; great-grandchildren, Landon (Amber) DuBois, Garret (Summer) DuBois, Riley Baxter, Camden Baxter, Kendall Dehond, Amanda Blake, Colin Blake, Haylee Rivera, Nathan Rivera, Erin Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Emmalynn Phillips, Xavier Phillips, and Tommy Puffer; great great-grandchildren, Corban DuBois, Aspen DuBois, Laila DuBois, and Lincoln Allen; sister-in-law, Betty Murphy and brother-in-law, Larry Phillips, Sr.
