HANNIBAL, NY – Frances R. Welling, 93, of Hannibal, passed away on Thursday February 14, 2013.
A native of Rock Hill, SC, she had resided in Hannibal most of her life.
Frances retired as a secretary at the S.U.N.Y. at Oswego Bursar’s Office after 14 years.
Surviving are her husband of 64 years, Jack B. Welling of Hannibal; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services or calling hours.
Entombment is at Woodlawn Cemetery in Syracuse.
