FULTON, NY – Franklin V. Bartlett, 91, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday July 1, 2014, at Oswego Hospital.
Frank was a life time resident of the area and had retired from Local 73 after many years.
He was an Air Force veteran, serving from 1942-46.
Frank was an avid outdoorsman.
He was predeceased by his wife, Gwendolyn; parents, Frank and Aleata Bellinger Bartlett; sisters, Hattie, Ida Pearl and Margaret; a brother, Harold; and a grandson, Harry Bartlett Jr.
He is survived by his companion, Terry Davenport; children, Franklin Jr., Holly Rathbun, Barry, Harry (Judy), Alan, Rachel (granddaughter, Lily) and Zacharey; step-children, Sarabeth Bartlett, Bill and Doug Hillick; sisters; Arlene Barlow, Kathleen Myers, Gloria White, Sue Zappala, Pat Gregory and Charlotte Pizio; brothers, Ross, Donald and Bill Bartlett; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousin.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton.
Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Volney.
Calling hours will held noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
