HANNIBAL – Jack B. Welling, 99, of Hannibal passed away May 8, 2020.
A lifelong Hannibal resident, Jack was a bus driver for Hannibal Central Schools. He enjoyed tinkering with antique cars. Jack proudly served from 1942-1949 with the Army Air Corps, later known as the U.S. Airforce.
He was predeceased by his wife, Frances in 2013.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
