Janet M. Lehtonen (Kellogg)

FULTON – Janet M. Lehtonen (Kellogg), 83, passed away September 7, 2026. Born April 1, 1943, to Stanley and Adeline Kellogg.

Janet sold Lady Remington, Contempo and Lia Sophia jewelry, she was known as the scarf lady. She was also very active in Girl Scouts as a service coordinator. Janet spent many hours working at the Palermo Church during rummage sales and she was the biscuit maker for chicken and biscuit dinners.

She was predeceased by her parents Stanley and Adeline, her husband Harvellon and her companion of 8 years Carl Johnson: brothers Leonard and Warren; sisters-in-law Doree’, Geraldine and Ruth; brothers-in-law Howard, Gary and Sparky and a Grandson Bryan. Surviving are her children, David, Brenda (Rich), Paul (Paula) and Kristopher (Jodi) and brother-in-law Carl (Barb). 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sisters Floy and Linda and brother Lyle (Rosemary).

Calling hours are Noon until 2:00 on Saturday, September 12 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.

Gathering is to follow at the Palermo Community Church 11 Co Rt 35, Fulton for a Memorial Service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Palermo Community Church.
