December 18, 2025, Janet Raub Romanofski, of Oswego NY, born in Great Bend, PA to Glenn and Edna Raub in April 1951, passed away peacefully in Upstate Hospital, Syracuse NY with family by her side.
Janet was a devoted grandmother and an avid animal lover. She worked many different jobs over the years but the one thing she loved best was taking care of her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Raub, Sr. and Edna Raub; brother, Glenn (Sunny) Raub, Jr. and sister, Nancy Decker.
Surviving are her husband, Thomas Romanofski, Sr., sons, Thomas Romanofski, Jr., and Michael Romanofski of Hannibal, NY; brother, Earl Raub of New Milford, PA; grandchildren, Matthew and Samantha Romanofski; along with many nieces and nephews.
Janet was a loving and caring woman who will be greatly missed.
In respect to Janet’s wishes, there will be no services. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
