FULTON – June 3, 2026, Joseph “Joey” L. Crouch Jr., 66, of Fulton passed away at St. Lukes in Oswego after a long illness. A Fulton native, he was born to the late Joseph Crouch Sr. and Doris Regan Crouch and was a lifetime resident. Joey enjoyed riding his bicycle, listening to his police scanner, old cars (especially 1955 Chevy’s) and was Shania Twain’s biggest fan along with flirting with the nurses.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister Bonnie Jean Crouch; grandparents, Doris and James Regan, along with several aunts and uncles.
Joey will be greatly missed by his aunt, Catherine Lamb; uncle, Thomas Regan, along with several cousins.
A graveside service will be held 1:30pm, Thursday June 11, 2026 at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 463 South 7th St., Fulton, NY 13069. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of arrangements.
