Joseph V. Pepe, 62, of Granby, passed away Wednesday at home.
Born in Brooklyn, he had been a resident of Fulton since 1972. Joe retired from Owens Brockway after more than 20 years. He had also worked at Lowe’s in Oswego. Joe had a way to make everyone laugh and feel happy. He was a loving husband, father and papa.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene; children, Sean, Tara, Kelly (Chris) Green, Caitlin, Crystal (Jeff) Frost and Tiffany (Matt) Bevacqua; grandchildren, Sean J., Emma, Liam, Caleb, Braeden and Kayla; mother and father-in-law, Charlotte (Bob) Calkins; brothers-in-law, Rick and Dale; sisters-in-law, Patti, Sharon and Marie.
A memorial service will be held 6 pm Wednesday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
