FULTON, NY – Joyce C. Howard, 82, of Volney, went to be with the Lord on Thursday January 29, 2015.
Born in Fulton, Joyce had lived in the area her entire life.
Joyce was an active member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist.
She was a member of the Fulton Women’s Club, a volunteer for A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital and past chairperson of the Fulton Cracker Barrel Fair.
She also enjoyed playing bridge and mahjong.
She was predeceased by her husband, John “Jack” Howard.
Joyce’s memory will be cherished by her daughter, Merrilee (John) DeVaul of Fulton; a son, Craig (Janice) Howard of Lebanon, Tenn.; her twin sister, Joanne Robinson of Cicero; three grandchildren, Alana and Daniel DeVaul and Jonathan Howard; several nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, County Route 45, Volney.
Calling hours will be held 4 to 6 p. m. Sunday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
