FULTON, NY – Joyce I. Jaroszewski, 73, of Fulton, passed away Wednesday October 24, 2012, at Oswego Hospital after a short illness.
Born in Volney to the late Roy and Myrtle Miner she was a life resident of the Fulton area.
Joyce had worked at General Electric Company in Liverpool for several years.
She enjoyed shopping, crafts, watching horror movies and spending a lot of time with her grandchildren.
Grandma “Duke” was a wonderful mom and an awesome grandmother.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard N. Jaroszewski, who died in 2008; a son, David E. Titus, who died in 2008; and by a sister, Caroline Jean Cutrell, who died in 2006.
Surviving: children, Linda Titus of Connecticut, Sandra (Fred) Meeker-Ross and Katherine (Eric) Phelps all of Oswego; grandchildren, David (Sarah) Shatrau, Eric and Brooke Phelps, Nicholas Titus and Kara Ross; a sister, Hazel Hall; a niece, Missy Goodsell.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday 4 to 7 p.m. with a 7 p.m. service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Burial will be at North Volney Cemetery, Volney.
