HANNIBAL, NY – June Bartlett, 81, of Southwest Oswego, NY, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 4, 2024. Born in Oswego, she was a daughter to the late Orin and Mary (Hubbard) Draper. June retired as a teacher’s assistant from the Southwest Christian School after 30 years. She enjoyed cardmaking and people enjoyed receiving her cards. June loved spending her time camping with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoyed playing cards with her friends. She attended and was very dedicated to the Southwest Oswego Baptist Church for most of her life and Bible Baptist Church in Oswego in her later years. June was predeceased by her husband, Ronald and her brother, Ken Calkins.
Surviving are her daughters, Teresa (Fred) Rasmussen and Robin (Michael) Whiting; son, Edward (Julie) Bartlett; brothers, James Draper, Floyd (Marilyn) Calkins, and Lester Calkins; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be from 1-3 pm on Saturday, February 10th at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street, Hannibal, NY 13074 with a service to immediately follow. A spring burial will be in Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Hannibal.
