HANNIBAL, NY – Kenneth F. Cardinell, 71, of Hannibal, passed away Wednesday April 17, 2013.
Born in Syracuse to Claude and Olive Cardinell, he had lived in the Hannibal area for the last 20 years.
According the Ken’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
