Kenneth L. Hutchinson, 92, of Hannibal died Tuesday at Oswego Hospital.

Born in Camden, he was a long time resident of the Hannibal area. Ken retired from Jardin’s Bronze Foundry in Baldwinsville where he worked for 30 years. He was a well decorated U.S. Army veteran of WW II, receiving the Purple Heart for injuries received at Omaha Beach.

Ken always lived life to the fullest, enjoying time in the outdoors and most importantly spending time with his family and friends.

Ken was predeceased by his siblings, Merle Lachut, Marion Blake, Arlene Pachoud, Gladys Burnard, Doris Regan, William Hutchinson and Raymond Hutchinson.

He is survived by two brothers, Robert Hutchinson of Florida and Clinton Hutchinson of Pompey; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and by a very special niece/daughter, Karen Hutchinson.

Calling hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday with a funeral service to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal. Burial with military honors will be at Vermillion Cemetery, New Haven.
