FULTON, NY – Lawrence A. Whaley, 71, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday October 12, 2014.
Larry had retired from Crucible Steel in Solvay after more than 30 years.
He enjoyed the days when he was riding his Harley and cherished every moment he could spend with his family.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Sandra A. Whaley; and his mother, Anna M. Whaley.
His memory will be cherished by his wife of 50 years, Shirley M. Whaley; his four children, Christopher (Luda) Whaley of Baldwinsville, James E. Whaley of Volney, Terri (Steve) Ackerman of Illinois and Lorie Guernsey of Mexico; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Honoring Larry’s wishes, there are no calling hours or funeral services.
