FULTON – Lawrence “Larry” C. Spaulding, age 88 of Fulton, NY passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024, in Plattsburgh, NY. Larry was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Ethel (Chubb) Spaulding; his beloved wife, Donna Spaulding; and sons, Terry Spaulding and Ted Spaulding.
Larry leaves to cherish his memories his loving daughter, Sherry Spaulding; sister, Jean Buske; loving partner, Dolores Martin with her children, Diane Marie (Clinton), Audrey (Barkat) Martin Khan, Robert (Elizabeth) Martin, and Denise (Randy) LaMay; 17 Grandchildren; 13 Great-grandchildren; and several special nieces and nephews.
Larry retired from Alcan (Novelis) after many years of dedicated service. He was the former owner and operator of Oswego Arctic Cat providing superior service to the Oswego and surrounding communities. Larry enjoyed playing golf and played in many leagues over the years including the Elks and Novelis leagues. He also enjoyed bowling for many years and raced super modified cars in Oswego for a short time. Larry was a proud US Navy Reserves veteran. He was a loving, caring and dedicated soul who will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him.
A calling hour will be held from 10am to 11am on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, with a funeral service at 11am at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY 13069.
