FULTON, NY – Marjory P. “Midge” Northrup, 85, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday August 15, 2013, at Morningstar Care Center in Oswego.
Born in Fulton, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Marion Haskins Mansfield.
Midge retired in 1990 from Nestle Company in Fulton and also worked at Mirabito Bros. Grocery as a delivery person.
She was an active member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church in Volney and sang in its choir.
Midge also sang in the Pennellville and Fulton Community Chorus.
She was an avid bowler and hospital volunteer.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Harold and Nicholas Mansfield.
Surviving are her children, Linda (Joseph) Michalski of Lexington, NC, Gary Northrup of Fulton and Alan (Cheryl) Northrup of Michigan; four grandchildren; a sister, Eleanor (Lee) Loomis of Palermo; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be conducted from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, County Route 45 in Volney with burial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 2996 County Route 45, Fulton, 13069.
