FULTON, NY – Mark E. DeSilva, 56, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday February 20, 2016, at Oswego Hospital.
He was born on January 29, 1960, in Holy Oak, Mass,, a son to the late Gerald and Millicent Becker DeSilva.
Mark enjoyed hot wheels, movies, metal detecting and football.
He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife, Cindy; six siblings, Cheryl DeSilva, Joseph DeSilva, Brian DeSilva, Theresa Dobler, Tracie Sanford and Tricia Malaxos; as well as 17 nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Mark’s life will be held at a later date.
