FULTON – February 19, 2026, Mary Margaret Inch, 86, of Fulton, NY passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at home. A native of Oswego, Mrs. Inch had resided in Fulton since 1964. She worked as a home health aide for ten years. She had previously worked at ALLTEL as a switchboard operator for over 29 years and at New York Telephone Company in Oswego for two years.
Mrs. Inch was a communicant of Holy Trinity Parish in Fulton.
She was the widow of William K. Inch, who died in 1983. She was also predeceased by her four sisters, Dorothy Burdick, Ruth Wallace, Teresa Dunsmoor, and Rose Marshall; two brothers, Floyd “Joe” Vickery and Donald “Pete” Vickery; and her great granddaughter, Rylee Bartlett.
Surviving are two daughters, Ann Marie Candee and Donna L. Elhage; two sons, Tim Inch and William Inch; brother, Francis “Chick” Vickery; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be from 2-4 pm on Sunday, February 22 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Monday, February 23 at Holy Trinity Parish, 309 Buffalo Street, Fulton. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in the spring.
