FULTON, NY – Melody A. Crouch, 54, of Granby, passed away on Thursday December 26, 2013, at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse surrounded by her loving family.
Surviving are her husband of 35 years, Clayton C. Crouch; four daughters, Crystal (John) Clark, Jennifer (George) Szymanski, Angela and Kimberly Crouch; a son, Michael Crouch; her mother, Lois Woolworth; seven grandchildren; five sisters; four brothers; several nieces and nephews; and by a lifelong friend, Bertha Carpenter.
She was predeceased by her father, Bernard Woolworth.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with services to immediately follow at 4 p.m.
Burial will be in the spring at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Volney.
