FULTON, NY – Mildred E. Harris, 65, of Oswego, passed away on Christmas evening Tuesday December 25, 2012.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Verne W. Harris; two children, Alecia Harris of Oswego and Alan Harris of Utica.
