Pauline E. Zahler, 85, died Tuesday in Syracuse.
Born in Hastings, she resided in the Volney-Fulton area. Mrs. Zahler retired from Nestle Company, Fulton after many years. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Zahler, who died in 2005.
Surviving are: a daughter, Terry Zahler (Andy Butchko) of Baldwinsville; a brother, Bruce Porter of Palermo; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton with burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Volney. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
