Rick J. Catlin

PULASKI – Rick J. Catlin, 51, of Pulaski passed away unexpectedly. 

He was a Master Instructor for NTTS, working at the Liverpool branch from May, 1994 to May, 2010, after which he then built the Fort Drum branch from the ground up. 

Rick was an amateur radio operator, working under the call sign: KD2HLB, he is now a silent key. In his free time, he enjoyed computers, singing, playing the guitar and working on cars, especially his Jeeps. 

Rick is survived by his wife, Deb; son, Tom, and many friends.  

A memorial service will be held at Bowen’s Corners UMC at a later date.  Cards and donations may be sent to: Deb Catlin, 277 County Route 28, Pulaski, NY 13142.  Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
