FULTON – November 13, 2025, Robert J. Dix, 90, of Fulton, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at his home. Born in Syracuse, he was a son to the late Wilbur and Emma Pearl (Smith) Dix. Bob worked as a machinist for New Process Gear in Syracuse, retiring after 30 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. Bob was predeceased by his siblings, Wilbur Jr., Beverly, and Nancy, and his granddaughter, Amber.
Surviving are his three daughters, Linda Brown, Debra Vodek, and Judy Wilson; five grandchildren, Hope, Rob, Jennifer, Darren, and Chris; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Joan Andres; his former wife, Catherine Lamb; friend, Patty Martin; and several nieces and nephews.
In respect to Bob’s wishes, the services will be private. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
