Ruth Delaney

Ruth Irene Craner Keller Delaney, after a brief decline in health, passed on to Heaven on December 5, 2020, with her son, Mark, and Kim, his wife, at her bedside at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on June 18 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with burial to follow at Upson Corners Cemetery, Palermo.
