FULTON, NY – Shirley M. Phelps, 75, of Oswego, passed away on Wednesday August 14, 2013, at Oswego Hospital.
She had worked at Tops Friendly Markets and Nestle Company in Fulton and Comstock Foods in Red Creek.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Manly Eric Phelps, in 2012; and a son, Thomas Phelps, in 2009.
Surviving are her children, Rhonda (John) Wheeler, Melissa (Ken) Myers, Eric (Kathy) Phelps and Benjamin Phelps; a brother, Bill Shoults; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with services immediately following.
Burial will be at Hannibal Center Cemetery, Cemetery Road in the town of Hannibal.
