SMSgt David Allen Spencer US Air Force (Ret)

FULTON, NY – David A. Spencer, 63, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday October 30, 2014, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse.

He was born April 27, 1951, in Milwaukee, Wisc., a son to Amos and Betty Todd Spencer.

David served 23 years in the US Air Force and received his Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration.

He was an avid fisherman and an amazing grandfather.

David was predeceased by his father, Amos.

Surviving are three children, Kristy (Joshua) Cox of Washington, Jason Spencer of Fulton and Patrick (Ashleigh) Spencer of Fulton; seven grandchildren, Jonathan, Brendon, Ciara, Rylee, Taylor, Noah and Abigail; mother, Betty Spencer of Watertown; four brothers, Terry (Clara), Kevin (Cindy), Fay and Chris (Marlene) all of Watertown; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Tuesday from noon to 2 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, where a service will follow at 2 p.m.
