FULTON, NY – Sylvester “Doc” Hines, 76, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday October 8, 2015, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse.
He was born on April 14, 1939, in Fulton, a son to the late Henry and Helen Truax Hines.
After 41 years of service he had retired from Nestles.
He enjoyed watching the Yankees on his TV.
Along with his parents he was predeceased by his son, Scott, in 1987.
He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife of 50 years, Judy; three children, Adrian (Tina) Hines of Fulton, Kelly Cummins of Fulton and Holly Jo Smith of New Haven; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two siblings, Mary Ann Myers of Fulton and William Hines of Fulton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
Burial will be in Jacksonville Cemetery.
