FULTON – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yvonne Pringle, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left us on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the age of 79. Yvonne was born on Monday, August 5, 1946, in Fulton, New York, where she touched the lives of many with her warmth and humor.

Yvonne dedicated 40 years of her life to Oswego Hospital, where her quick wit, sarcasm, and great sense of humor made her a beloved colleague and friend. She was known for her love of the outdoors, often embarking on road trips and tending to her garden, despite her self-proclaimed lack of a green thumb. Her love for her cats and her enjoyment of solitaire were well-known to those close to her. Yvonne was also a talented baker, famous for her cheesecake, magic cookie bars, and cookies. Her homemade fudge was a Christmas tradition cherished by her coworkers.

Above all, Yvonne loved her family deeply. She is survived by her son, Matthew Pringle; her beloved grandchildren, Arron LaBeef, Kayleigh LaBeef, Nathan LaBeef, and Lucas LaBeef; her son-in-law, William LaBeef; and her sister, Carol Burnett. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leigh Pringle; her daughter, Kristin LaBeef; and her sister, Norma Pierce.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Yvonne’s life during calling hours on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 11AM to 1PM, with a funeral service to follow at 1PM at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Burial will take place in the spring at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.

Yvonne will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved her. To leave a special message for the family, please visit www.fosterfuneralhome.com.
