PENNELLVILLE – Hunter James Graham passed away unexpectedly on Sunday March 24, 2024, at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital with his mom and dad by his side. Hunter was born on January 17, 2024.
Hunter is survived by his parents, Arthur James Graham III and Sathana Maria Bristol; brothers, Dalton Michael Gates and Malaki Leon Graham; Grandparents, Tim Bristol (Kiera Rowand), Sonya (Jeremy) Bristol, Hope (Terry) Clary, Jim (Tammy) Graham; aunts and uncles, Samantha (Damien Bartlett) Kingsley, Jasmine (Nick Morrison) Graham, Kathleen Hullen, Isiah (Bryson) Haskins, Tim Bristol Jr, and Christian Rowand.
The family will hold a celebration of life for Hunter. The date and time have not yet been announced. The family is requesting that donations be made to the Upstate Foundation in Hunter’s memory, 750 E. Adams St., Syracuse, NY 13210.
