FULTON, NY – Thomas F. Bockus, 63, of Fulton, passed away on Friday October 12, 2018, at home.
He was born on January 6, 1955, in Syracuse, a son to the late Francis and Maureen (Stapleton) Bockus.
Tom spent more than the last 40 years serving his community as a firefighter, EMT-paramedic, and LPN.
His passions were the NY Yankees and listening to rock music.
Tom is survived by his estranged wife, Karen Bockus; children, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Bockus, Meghann (Vincent Rhodes) Bockus, Shannon (Alan) Ames and Stephen (Hannah) Bockus; sister, Sandra (Ken) Stanley; step children, Kelly Ewers and Kyle Dreverman; and 16 grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Rosemary Bockus; and grandson, Jack Ryan Bockus.
Calling hours will be held from 4 – 7 p.m. with a memorial service immediately following on Thursday October 18, at the Church of the Nazarene, 914 Cayuga St., Fulton.
