Andrea Lynn Thompson (Brubaker)

OSWEGO – Andrea Lynn Thompson (Brubaker), age 56, of Liverpool, NY, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and beautiful memories.

Born on May 19, 1970, in Oswego, NY, Andrea was a true fighter who faced life’s challenges with quiet resolve, never allowing her health to define who she was. Instead, she chose to live fully, love fiercely, and remain forever grateful for the bond she shared with her family and friends, especially her lifelong best friend Karryn Anthony.

Andrea found immense happiness in the simple moments of life. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She cherished her vacations to Hampton Beach, the energy of concerts and live music, and the excitement of the races. Above all, her greatest joys were her beloved fur babies, Maizey, Baby, and Carter, who brought endless warmth to her home and heart.

She is survived by her loving parents, Michael and Nancy Brubaker; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Joette and Aaron Moore, and Lacey and Rudi Barone; her nieces, Skylar Pinter and Ally Moore; and her nephews, Michael Moore, Adrian Barone, Bronx Barone, Eli Moore, and Ari Moore. Andrea’s deep devotion to her family will live on in each of them.

A celebration of Andrea’s life will be held on October 25, 2026, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home in Oswego, NY.

In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Andrea’s profound love for her pets, donations may be made to your local humane society in her name.
