Audrey E. MacEwen

OSWEGO – Audrey E. MacEwen, 87, of Oswego, passed away on August 18, 2026.

Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Harriet (Seymour) Pitcher.

Audrey was a homemaker and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her two sons, Jonathan and Harold McCarthy, and grandchildren, Christina, Jessica, Jimmy, Jonathan, and Heaven. Audrey is also survived by brothers, Dean, Donald Jr., Michael, Ronald, Darryl, Stephen, and Dale Pitcher, and sisters, Donna Patrick and Cheryl Pitcher.

In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her brothers Reginald, Harold, Gerald, and Dion Pitcher, and sisters, Barbara Phillips, Marilyn Bennett, Valerie Hopkins, and Kay Lindsley.

A graveside service at North Volney Cemetery will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the Nelson Funeral Home.
