OSWEGO – Cassandra S. Boyer, 42, of Oswego, passed away on February 23, 2025.
Born in Bundyville, she was the daughter of the late James and Sonia (Greeney) Nagel Sr.
Cassandra loved photography, firmly believed in God, and her family was everything to her. She also loved her fur babies. She enjoyed attending the local music festivals, the farmers market, and the New York State Fair. Cassandra lit up every room she walked into with a big smile and love for life. She was the center of her husband’s life. If Cassandra said “Jump”, Steve replied, “How high?” To know Cassandra was to love her.
Cassandra is survived by her devoted husband Steve Boyer and their cat Tigeress, her brother Jimmy (Erica) Nagel, and their children Harlie, Tristan, Noah, and Alexa, sister Sonia (Jason) Powell, and their children Eric, Kirsten, and Kaitlyn, brother Sean (Crystal) Nagel and their children Alyssa, Aeris, Madalynn, Evan, William, and John, and brother Christopher Nagel. She also leaves behind her brother-in-law Jeff Boyer and his children Brittani, Annabelle, and Nate.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 1-3 pm at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany Street, Oswego.
Burial will be held in the Spring at Fairview Cemetery in Bundyville.
Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
