Surviving are his wife of 50 years Carol Gallager Chamberlain, his son Andy Chamberlain, his two brothers Dan (Cathy) Chamberlain of Oswego and Mark Chamberlain of Honeoye Falls; his two sisters Janet (Bill) Drews and Diane (Andy) Catalone both of Oswego; his brothers-in-law Chuck (Carol) Gallagher of Mississippi, Jim (Karen) Gallagher of Volney, Dan Williams of Clifton Park and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, David was predeceased by his brother Richard Chamberlain in 1995 and sister-in-law Mary Anne Williams in 2010.  There will be private visitation and burial at St. Peter Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  If so desired memorial contributions may be made in David’s name to a charity of one’s choice.

Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
