Florence Ann Branshaw

OSWEGO – Florence Ann Branshaw, 64, passed away peacefully on July 2nd 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Florence was born December 2, 1961, at Oswego Hospital and was a lifetime resident. Florence was the daughter of the late William H. and Catherine M. (Smith) Branshaw.

She was predeceased by her brothers John, Edward, William, and James, and her sisters Katherine (Branshaw) Stowe and Ann Branshaw, as well as her life partner Edward W. Barlow.

She is survived by her beloved brother Robert J. Branshaw of Beaumont, Texas, daughter Kathryn Donahue (Randy Luther) of North Rose, grandchildren Gabriel Luther and Evelyn Luther, and many nieces and nephews.

Florence enjoyed traveling with Eddie, spending time with her family and friends, especially her daughter and grandchildren. There will be a celebration of life in her memory at the Fulton Elks Lodge on Thursday, July 16th from 2 pm – 6 pm.
