Grace Olivia Hinderliter

OSWEGO – Grace Olivia Hinderliter, 6, of Oswego passed away on November 9, 2024.

Born in Cooperstown, she was the daughter of Jeffrey and Karen (Gould) Hinderliter.

Grace was a loved 2nd grader at Kingsford Park School.  She was a beautiful girl, with a kind and loving heart, a creative mind, and endless energy.  She had a creative eye and a special skill of turning trash into art, which she adorned her house with. She loved nature and enjoyed being active outside. Grace was a graceful dancer, who enjoyed dancing at Creation Studios with her friends. She loved her family, friends, teachers, and her church community.  But most of all, she loved God more.

Grace is survived by her loving parents Jeff and Karen Hinderliter, sisters Anna and Mary, and brother Jack, Grandfather Ken Gould, and Poppy and Nana Jim and Karen Hinderliter, as well as her Uncle Evan Gould, Aunt Kendra Gould, Uncle Michael and Aunt Aimee Hinderliter, Aunt Karena Hinderliter, Aunt Julie and Uncle Tim Etman, and Uncle Austin Hinderliter, and several cousins.

Family and friends are invited to join the Hinderliter Family on November 23, 2024, for a calling period from 9-10 am followed by a funeral service at 10 am, all to be held at Oswego Alliance Church, 371 Thompson Road.  A private family burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. All other guests are invited to visit Curtis Manor after the funeral service for a reception. Flowers are welcome and donations can be made, in Grace’s name, to the Oswego Community Christian School, 400 East Albany Street, Oswego.  Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
