Jacqueline Skillen

OSWEGO – Jacqueline Skillen, 40, of Oswego, New York, died June 18, 2021.

Born in Ogdensburg, NY, she was the daughter of Carla (Garland) Smith of Mexico and the late George Smith.

In addition to her mother, Jacqueline is survived by her husband Joseph Skillen, her daughters Onnamae Lopes and Hailey Skillen, and her sons Joseph Skillen and Jackson Skillen. Also surviving are her brothers George Smith and Frank Capozzi and sisters Tracy Smith and Amy Smith.

She was predeceased by a brother Michael Smith.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Monday, June 28, at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany Street.

Funeral Services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday following the calling hours at the Elim Grace Church.
