Mark David Denny Sr.

Mark David Denny Sr, 72, of Mexico, NY, passed away on August 28th, 2026.

Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late Raymond Benjamin Denny and Retha Lillian Gulliver Denny.

Mark graduated from Oswego High School.  He was a hard worker with a strong work ethic and worked as a Boilermaker for more than 30 years.  He also enjoyed fishing, trapping, and hunting, going to the races, and spending time with his family.

Mark is survived by his significant other, September Bennett; children  Mark Jr. (Carie) Denny of Mexico, Angela (Jorge) Olazo of Georgia, and Ashley (Tim) Parkhurst of Mexico. He also leaves behind his brother Michael Denny, sisters Wendy Smith and Peggy Feeney, and grandchildren, Teal (Colin), Dylan, Haleigh, Aria, Mila, and Myles.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Doris and brother Raymond Denny.

There will be no calling hours. Services will be held privately, with burial at Riverside Cemetery.
