Mary Anne Walpole Perry

OSWEGO, NY – Mary Anne Walpole Perry, 68, made her transition to heaven on August 30, 2023. A life resident of Oswego, she was the only child of the late Robert & Edith (Sullivan) Walpole.

Mary Anne was a graduate of LeMoyne College, Syracuse, NY with a degree in Business Administration/Accounting. She also was a graduate of the Oswego County BOCES License Practical Nursing program. She worked as an accountant at several companies, most recently at St. Luke Health Services, Oswego, NY.

Besides her parents, Mary Anne was predeceased by brothers Robert, William and John Ted” and her sister-in-law Florence Walpole.

Mary Anne is survived by her husband of 36 years, Lee W. Perry, daughter Margaret (Meg) Perry and son Charles Perry, two granddaughters, Lillian Perry and Emersyn Bartkowiak, sisters-in-law Pearl Walpole and Sharon Walpole, Kathleen (Peter) Tambroni, brother-in-law Michael (Susan) Perry, three cousins, several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and her fur buddies Boomer & Penny.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the care given by Dr. Rahul Seth and his staff at Upstate Hematology – Oncology, Oswego.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.at the Nelson Funeral Home, Oswego, NY with a Mass of Christian Burial at Christ the Good Shepherd Church on Thursday September 7, 2023 at 10 a.m. celebrated by Rev. John Canorro. Burial will be directly following mass at Saint Pauls Cemetery in Oswego.
