OSWEGO – Megan M. Connolly, 66, of Oswego, passed away on March 2, 2025.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late William M. and Maurine (O’Leary) Connolly.
Megan was an LPN working at Seneca Hill Manor, Oswego Hospital, and Private Home Health Care. She loved spending time with her family, traveling and camping with her daughter Lauren, and taking her grandkids to the park. Megan had a heart of gold and always went above and beyond to help anyone in need. She was often found lovingly helping her family, friends, patients, and strangers.
Megan is survived by her daughter Lauren and grandchildren Jamie, Damien, Leigha, and Austin. She also leaves behind her siblings Patrick Connolly, Debbie Waters, and Millie (Jim) Bowers, as well as several loved cousins, nieces and nephews, and close friends.
In addition to her parents, Megan was preceded in death by her sisters Nora Smith and Sheila Brown, and brothers John Askew and Timothy Connolly.
A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am on Saturday, March 22nd at St. Mary of the Assumption Parish and Shrine.
Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
