Patricia A. Kelly, 78, of Oswego, passed away on September 11, 2026.
Born in Washington DC, she was the daughter of the late Ralph V. and Mary Jean (Gramling) Henderson. Pat worked in code enforcement and zoning for the City of Oswego for many years. She loved poetry and art and enjoyed working in her garden. She also had a keen interest in genealogy.
Pat is survived by her loving children Tressa (Joseph) Krenzer and Thomas (Kim) Moshier, and her grandchildren Nick Moshier, Brayden Moshier, and Emilyn Moshier.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Charles F. Kelly, in 2021.
Services will be held privately. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
